Conditions to Buy enables users to create minting requirements for collectors.

What is Conditions to Buy?

'Conditions to Buy' is a product unique to Fair.xyz. It was created by our engineers so creators can have full control over their sale. Here, you'll be able to combine as many requirements as you like, in whichever way you like, in order to ensure specific requirements are met before someone can mint your artwork piece. For example, you may require that before a collector mints your artwork, they follow you on Twitter first.

Getting Started

After filling out the Artwork, Details and Page tabs, you will be brought to page called Conditions. Here, you can browse through various conditions to choose from, which include Passcodes, NFT Ownership, Customised Allowlsit, Twitter Conditions and other inventive conditions to buy.

You can scroll through the list of Conditions to Buy, which include Passcodes, NFT Ownership, Customised Allowlists, Twitter Conditions and other inventive minting mechanisms.

After choosing a Condition to Buy, you will be brought through a pop-out where you can fill out the relevant information needed.

You can create various conditions and combine them using 'and' or 'or' rules. By selecting conditions within the same block, you will create an 'and' rule, meaning collectors will have to meet ALL the requirements inside that block. By creating conditions in different blocks, you will create an 'or' rule, meaning collectors will need to satisfy the requirements across either of the blocks.

These conditions will be visible on your minting page when collectors try to mint. If they do not meet the minting requirements, they will be informed. If they do, they'll be able to mint.

If you have multiple stages in your sale, then you will see an option to edit your Conditions to Buy per stage at the top of the page, under the drop down labelled 'Stage'.
